I can't install the driver for my printer on my Lenovo PC running Windows 10, and the provided CD is compatible with Windows Vista, 7, and 8. I don't know what to do, please help me.

    the drivers available on the manufacturer's website are compatible with Windows 10:

      However, I tried to download from this site in vain; maybe I'm going about it the wrong way.

      At what point does it block because the drivers download fine on my end; the direct link

      Update Procedure: 

      1. Double-click the downloaded file to extract files into a folder. Enter the folder and then go into the ‘Driver’ subfolder. Click AUTORUN.EXE to install the driver. Return and then go into the ‘FW’ subfolder. Click 'BurnFW.exe' to update the firmware. 
      2. Do NOT power off the printer or remove the USB cable during the firmware update process to avoid printer damage.
