Hello,
Firefox is already showing its colors:
I performed a scan on VirusTotal:
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/fc449e5e702d8c45f5ac7f4dfb8b8825e9b1ffa2175781eed21b1af2a3c5e3e9
I have Avira that detects it and especially Malwarebytes in pro version but it allows me to install and blocks everything with real-time protection apparently.
Finally, after the installation if I throw away the installer it's clean.
I would like the opinion of a security contributor or someone who knows more. Should I turn to an alternative? Is the pro version clean?
Thanks in advance^^
Configuration: Seven 64 bit sp1/Mozilla
CM=P5b bios=21.04 fsb rated 1333mhz beta version but originally at (1066Mhz)
Processor=Q9300 2.5Ghz 6mo fsb: (1333mhz beta version with this cm) hence doesn’t support oc like my e6600 which reached 3.2ghz on my cm.
RAM: 1200mhz capped at 1000mhz originally the cm supports 800
Video card: ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series Dual LCD screen Asus 1920*1080 Power supply: Everest 80plus 600W
Hard drive: 1 HDD SATA II/3 HDD SATA III capped at SATA II
18 partitions 4*2To= 8000To 1 with 64mo cache all 7200rpm 1 5400 rpm speed 190 mo/s for the Seagates and the 5400rpm 120 mo/s
Connections Eth and Wi-Fi

I think I’m smart enough to say that I know nothing...

Hi,
It's not Deamon Tools that is blocked in your installation, but OpenCandy which is considered a PUA (Potentially Unsafe/Unwanted Application)
You can disable your installed protection and then perform a full scan which should remove it.
"A PUA/PUP (potentially unwanted application/program) is software that may be undesirable on your PC and is sometimes associated with free software. You can use the application for free but it will display pop-up windows or install a toolbar in the default browser changing the homepage or search engine. Some will also run multiple processes in the background, slowing down the PC, or display numerous advertisements. These programs can be installed without your consent (they are also called 'adwares') or are bundled by default in the quick installation kit (advertising-funded). To avoid installing these PUAs/PUPs, you should always install the main software by selecting the advanced/custom options."

I quote:
The objective of this program is to make money by generating web traffic. It boosts advertising revenue to increase a site's ranking in search results.
but not sure lol? does anyone know?

I already removed it lol I have Malwarebytes Pro but I'm just curious lol
I work on a lot of PCs for people and I’d like to know if it's not cool to install it everywhere. (not everyone has the Pro version, it blocks the bad stuff right away during installation, but without the Pro version I have to scan afterward). But it's more for informational purposes.
Anyway, thanks for your reply.

I always did a scan afterward but I was afraid there would be traces left...
Thank you all...
