je vais essayer mais en attendant j'ai trouvé une solution. J'ouvre l'autre boîte en utilisant un ordinateur portable donc une autre adresse IP donc pas de conflit et la boîte de récep tion de l'autre adresse mail s'ouvre sans problème.
