Assassin's Creed Syndicate launch issue

Hello,
I have a small problem with my game Assassin's Creed Syndicate,
I finished downloading it last night and this morning I wanted to launch it. After a while, the game started, or rather the small welcome image: http://www.noelshack.com/2016-14-1460278607-apkdapzd.png The problem is that the game gets stuck on that screen in the middle of my screen, and it doesn't launch. I've tried restarting it several times but it doesn't work. My PC, which is a ROG G751 JY (a recent gaming laptop), has 2 drives (the game is installed on drive C:), so it's not an issue with an old PC, and also the task manager says that the game is responding. Moreover, when the small image appears on the desktop, Windows makes a little sound as if I received a notification, except there isn’t one. I looked for answers and found this https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/1259451-SOLUTION-AC-games-won-t-launch-when-installed-on-Windows-Storage-Spaces?p=11032904 If this might solve my issues, could someone explain to me precisely what to do because I don't understand anything. Thank you for helping me and thank you for reading!

Hi!

I just read the topic you shared, but they still say it doesn't work, they're at the same point as you... and I am too, as I'm experiencing exactly the same problem.
I checked if there was a conflict between Syndicate and another program, but nothing, no error events, nothing suspicious.
But this seems to be due to an update of Syndicate, I only know that it has been reported to the Ubi devs, but still...

I even searched on US/UK/ES/IT forums... But nothing at all, after looking for about 4 hours without interruption, I'm resigning myself to posting with you, Mariusbrick.

Does anyone know exactly where the problem could be coming from, or do we seriously have to wait for Ubi to get their act together like they do so well with their other AC (irony)?

Hey, I don't know if you're still active.
As for me, I wasn't anymore; I had lost hope after a (very) long search. I never managed to launch this game; maybe you did in the meantime. If so, can you help me? If not, know that I contacted Ubisoft's customer service, and they didn't help me much... They asked me to perform multiple obvious steps, but of course, none of them were the solution. Anyway, I continue my search.

Hi, I haven't read everything, but I also had issues launching this game; it was my antivirus that was blocking it. You need to go into the antivirus options and set the game as an exception.

According to what I see, I am not the only one with this problem. I first updated my graphics card driver, without success. The game freezes at the logo and a Windows notification sound plays, however, no notifications are received. This is the first bug I can't resolve with my AC games (even though Unity honestly gave me some nice bugs). My antivirus isn't to blame either; I'm honestly starting to despair. I was able to play the game for 5 days before this bug occurred; I had downloaded rewards that you can get with the game on Uplay, and since then I can no longer play, so I'm putting all my hopes on this topic...
I also want to say that I have all the Assassin's Creed games, and they work very well; only Syndicate refuses to open.

At the same time, the latest Ubisoft releases are crap, I also had that problem with a game that wouldn't launch or would crash during play, it was because of the antivirus.

What’s your PC? Laptop or desktop? What components? What operating system?

I have a desktop PC, but I finally found the problem; it’s my configuration that’s not right, even though it seems to me that Syndicate requires less than Unity. Anyway, for my part, my graphics card (AMD Radeon HD 6800) and my processor (Intel Core i5-2310 CPU @ 2.90GHz) need to be changed, as well as adding 2GB of RAM.
