Hello,

My TV has not been working since April 2016. It was given to me in 2011.
Thank you for your help as I don't know what to do anymore.

    Hello,
    It appears that the tuner of this television is not compatible with MPEG4.
    It is a HD Ready television but not Full HD.

    You will need to equip yourself with a HD TNT decoder and an HDMI cable to get HD images on this device. 
     It's very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
                                  Especially when it isn't there...

    I have a question regarding my TV issue that's in my bedroom.
    In my dining room, I have a box and I've been told about a system with Wi-Fi but I'm not sure what it is.

      Do you have a contract that includes television?

        Box with SFR including TV.
        However, I was told about the Wi-Fi but my TV is not in the same room as my box?
