Set up my TV after a region change

Hello.
I have a secondary TECHWOOD TV that was working very well with a PMB TNT adapter.
I changed regions and I no longer have any picture or sound; I searched for channels on the television, but the screen is still black.
I want to search for channels with the adapter, but nothing happens. What should I do? Throw both devices away and buy a new one? Or could someone please tell me how to make it work?
