Digital TNT Solved

Question

Hello,
since the switch to digital, a message appears in the center of my 2 SAMSUNG TVs: "the broadcaster has modified the signal information. the AUTO digital search must be launched to update the information"! this AUTO search has, of course, been done several times with no results: the message is still there every time I change the channel! I searched online without result and contacted SAMSUNG, who more or less sent me away by cutting the chat and then telling me to take my TVs for repair at my expense since they are out of warranty... it's hard to believe!
does anyone have a solution to propose? around me, a few SAMSUNG owners are also having similar issues.

Hi  so basically your TV can't find the signal and has done so multiple times, so it seems incompatible with HD TNT, it seems simple to understand.

I forgot to mention that all the channels have been found and are located in "wallpaper"! The message is in overlay.
The TV models are: B1930HD and LE26C450E1W.
Thank you for trying to help me, and I should also mention that at SAMSUNG's request, I have already reset to factory settings and nothing works to remove this message. DOUBLEBRIDE.

Have the channel searches been carried out on the digital terrestrial channels?
Because if these searches were launched on the analog terrestrial channels that have been gone for years... nothing will be found..

 Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
                              Especially when it's not there...

Hello, same issue since the change, it's really annoying. Samsung television as well, so it probably comes from them... Haven't found a solution yet :(

For the overlay message, try disconnecting the power supply, hold down the power button on the television for a few seconds, and then reconnect the power supply.
