Hello;
I have a friend who has a television brand Aya model A16AC1601. The issues are as follows:
When I connect my TNT HD decoder Thomson THT504, whether via a "Scart" cable or via an HDMI cable, there's no way to receive TV channels.
It's impossible to update and impossible to find the manual online.
So if you have a solution or an idea to solve this problem, it would be really nice.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.

Hello,
Prefer HDMI because the SCART does not allow HD and provides degraded HD in SD... not great.
Connect using HDMI.
Turn on the adapter.
The TV must be switched to the HDMI input to see the adapter's home screen. On the TV remote, press the "source" or "input" button, or a logo representing a rectangle with an arrow entering from the left.
Then follow the instructions of the adapter and, of course, use its remote control well.

Thank you again for but it still doesn't work.
It still displays the message (in German) "Kein Signal" or "no signal" in French...
Yet the antennas "outdoor or internal, work well.
The mystery remains unsolved...
Best regards.
