Counterfeiting on Showroomprive.com

Hello,
I just bought a pair of Yves Saint Laurent glasses for 49.00 euros (instead of the actual price of 315.00 euros) and as soon as I received them, I wondered why there was no certificate of authenticity, which I find normal for a so-called luxury product. I called Showrooprivie.com, and they told me that there was no certificate for "end of series" or "declassified" products, which I found very, very surprising. Moreover, I pointed out that the case was made of cheap soft plastic, which I also found strange for a luxury brand! I already had serious doubts about the quality and authenticity of the product (I immediately thought it might be a counterfeit), but I still had my optician fit my prescription lenses (corrective lenses, of course). I wore my glasses for barely 10 days, plus I only use them for reading, writing, and the computer... last night, while making a gesture, they fell (a gentle drop) onto my desk, so just a small fall of a few centimeters without any violence, and they broke at both temples like glass!! They literally "exploded"; I was left speechless! I immediately called Showroom.prive's customer service, who asked me to send them photos, which I did, and then they asked me to return the pair of glasses (but what about my prescription lenses? So I haven't done that yet). Today, I received an email from the site saying that the deadlines for returning the glasses have expired, and they are offering me a compensation gift voucher of 8 euros!!!!!!! I intend to file a complaint and alert the DGCCRF, customs services, counterfeit services, consumer services, as well as the Yves Saint Laurent house!!! I am sure it is a counterfeit; it is impossible for a pair of glasses to explode like that!! Has anyone else experienced this type of issue on the showroomprive.com site?? I've read testimonials from people who had problems related to counterfeiting on their site..... Thank you for your testimonials!!!

Hello
your response is recurrent regarding this type of situation; you respond with pretty much the same answer whenever you have this kind of problem. It all feels very stereotypical, but it doesn't foster the trust that should be established between you and your clients.
Unfortunately, I am very busy and don’t have much time to dedicate to these exchanges, so I’m providing you here with the invoice/order number 65930927
Needless to say, I won't be promoting your site, quite the opposite. I find myself today without glasses, therefore without corrective lenses! I can’t even make use of my insurance, which refuses to grant me a second pair!!! If I had bought the frame from the optician, I could have benefited from a second pair, but since I made the mistake of purchasing it on your site, I'm stuck!! You’re not going to make me believe that you have no recourse with your supplier!!!! Moreover, and even if I repeat myself, this frame is faulty! But I will find the time to demonstrate that to you...
