Hello
I have a problem with the CAD software Catia V5R20. I get the error messages "unable to restore the environment," "program exception," "click OK to stop." I have reinstalled it several times, but nothing works, I can't launch Catia, always the same message... thank you.

This kind of thing has happened to me before.
Sometimes there is a malfunction in a part that causes Catia to crash ("click OK to stop").
The Warm Start takes you back to the same point and the crash returns.
In this case, you need to destroy the last elements created in the last modified part and see if it works afterwards.

Hello,
Perhaps the version is not authentic or the operating system. There are so many fraudulent products on the net. In any case, given the price of this product, you have an advantage in getting back at the seller.

Hello
Authentic software as well as the operating system (Windows XP), log installed on another PC and works normally, so it's on mine that something is missing.....but what????

Generally, this type of software can only be installed once. It may work perfectly on the first PC on which it was installed and generate error messages on the second, even if this hardware belongs to you.
Ask the seller or the publisher for confirmation. Another possibility is that you have not installed Windows XP SP3, which prevents the installation of many software programs.
