Unable to access a webpage

Hello,

I have been using an iPhone 5s for 2 months and since yesterday I can't access internet pages. I run a search in the Safari search engine, several websites appear, and when I select one, I can't open the page in question.
Thank you for your help.

Configuration: iPad / Safari 9.0

    I have exactly the same problem as you. Were you able to resolve it, and if so, how????

    I don't understand what's happening because everything was working perfectly last week!!!
