What programs to remove from a new Lenovo PC?

Hello,
I recently bought a new PC. I removed some unnecessary programs, but there are still quite a few remaining. Which ones can I uninstall?

If you want, you can delete Cyberlink PowerDirector if you're not using it. It's a video editing tool, I think. You can do the same for Videopad if it's not useful to you. I suppose you also don't use the Office that is offered as a trial version, so you can remove that as well. After that, keep all the Lenovo software because it helps manage your computer and improves performance for some things. You can also remove Avast, it's unnecessary if you haven't disabled Windows' protection. The rest is important. If you're not using Virtual DJ, which is music software, you can get rid of it too.

Lenovo laptops endangered by a security flaw in pre-installed software

A vulnerability in the "Lenovo Solution Center" software allows obtaining system privileges and thus full control of the machine. No fix will be released: the software must be uninstalled.
Unfortunately, Lenovo is not known for the quality of its pre-installed software. In 2015, the manufacturer was already criticized for adware combined with a root certificate (Superfish) and for defective firmware that forced the installation of not-so-useful software. Security researchers from PenTestPartners have now discovered a new issue, this time in the utility software "Lenovo Solution Center." This software has been pre-installed since 2011 on many Lenovo laptops running Windows.
The problem is that a flaw in this software (CVE-2019-6177) would allow an attacker to gain system privileges to execute arbitrary code on the machine. A rather dangerous situation, which is why this flaw has been classified with a "high" risk level. Lenovo does not plan to provide a fix, as this software reached its end of support in November 2018. It is therefore outdated. The manufacturer recommends uninstalling this software and replacing it with Lenovo Vantage or Lenovo Diagnostics.
