Hello,
I just signed up on the xflirt site (no judgment please) and I paid the €1 registration fee. Right after that, I received a confirmation email for a gold subscription for €99, to which I obviously never subscribed. I haven't been able to contact customer service yet.
Will this amount be deducted from my account? I absolutely cannot afford to pay it. Thank you for your responses.

After calling the customer service of the site, given my situation, they confirmed to me that I would be reimbursed as soon as possible.
It’s still a frustrating and stressful experience from which I take a valuable lesson. Be careful of these kinds of fraudulent sites, don’t be as foolish as I was and always read the terms and conditions of the sites where you enter your banking details.

XFlirt is a site where it's impossible to have a real meeting; they are chat hosts.
Moreover, they don't seem responsible for what they do; are they free?

I was therefore refunded the total amount (€99) at the same time it was debited from my bank account. So no worries, I still continue to monitor that no other charges are made.
I hope I was able to help some who had the same issue.

Their scam continues, I registered and got caught too, but it's impossible to reach them by phone. Plus, the favorites you had suddenly they no longer respond to you.

message for those who think that xflirt is a scam. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. it is clearly stated that after registering for 1 euro, 99 euros will be charged for a gold subscription. you haven't been fooled; you're just not paying attention.
No chance of making a real encounter, plus the women are not available which leads to limited conversations.

I don't see anything clear in that; when I signed up it only indicated that I would be charged €1 and not €99.
I absolutely do not have the means to pay such an amount, so I'm asking you to help me not to pay it. Is there a solution?

Hello,
I advise you to contest the direct debits with your bank. According to the monetary code, it is the bank's responsibility to prove that you have given your consent for these debits; otherwise, it is required to reimburse you.
Don't be fooled by arguments like "if they have your bank details, it's because you provided them."

Don't hesitate to file a complaint if you feel wronged; the more of us there are, the better it will be for everyone.
Hi, I did the same and they withdrew 50 euros from my account three days later without my consent as well... I sent them an email on Friday but haven't heard back, so I'm following up today!!! Encouraging thieves and scammers!!!! Don't pay even 1 euro, you're going to get screwed????????????????????????
Yes, this amount will be deducted without your consent. It is impossible to cancel within the 72 hours promised by the site. The link will appear later within the 92 hours via the "manage subscription" link. Therefore, it is impossible to get a refund because no one from the hotline will answer you.
While doing some research, I simply invoked my "right of withdrawal," which they cannot refute. Additionally, I received an email confirming that the refund will take place in the following days. But as you advised me, I will closely monitor this promise of reimbursement.
I hope you'll keep us updated on what's next ;)
Thanks in advance.
