Hello, I have an old NEC PC with a motherboard MS-7351 ver 1.3 that has burned out and I can only find one in ver 1.2. I would like to know if it is compatible with my processor type AM2 940 pins and my DDR2 memory sticks? Thank you for your responses as I can't afford to change all these elements. Thank you all.

Hello, theoretically they are the same motherboards, one just benefited from an update which does not call into question its main characteristics.
