AD user import issues in GLPI

Hello everyone!

After properly installing GLPI and OCS and linking them to Active Directory, I want to import users.
I have correctly entered the information in the LDAP directory with the baseDN, and when I go to Administration/user/Ldap directory and search, it returns the information.

But when I want to filter my search by looking for only active users without retrieving the OUs and computers, either it finds nothing or I get a message saying "The action you performed is not authorized."

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Thank you in advance for your responses.

        Yes indeed:

        I’m not really sure why I had that actually, but I closed everything and reconnected and I no longer had the error message...
