uninstall avira Solved

Question

Hello,

I can't uninstall Avira after paying €44.90 for the official version; everything is blocked, no updates, and I can't uninstall to reinstall. Plus, the antivirus is disabled and I can't reactivate it.
I have the following message:
unable to load the file "ComomonImageRc.dll"
