BLUETECH Camcorder - Brand Quality

Question

Hello.
I already asked the question about the quality of the Bluetech camcorder on the Marériel forum. I can't find out if I got a response. Maybe I made a mistake in the forum, which is why I'm asking the question again in the digital video forum, which seems more appropriate.
In a large store: Champion, to be more specific, there is a Bluetech camcorder offered through the loyalty card points program, with 3.1 megapixels, 10 megapixels interpolated, digital zoom x 4, snapshot, self-portrait, video, microphone, video resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. These specifications seem a bit light and not precise, especially regarding the screen size, whether there is an anti-shake system or not, etc.
If anyone knows this brand and can give me advice, I am all ears.

the problem is that the flash can only be set up in photo mode and not in video mode
but in the manual it says that it can be programmed.

Hello, I got it for video resolution 320x240 and photo up to 2560x1920. No flash and not many digital zoom options. Real photo 3.1 megapixels. Ideal for getting the hang of it. Good quality for the price, it's the DV 4000.

The quality doesn't seem great, but it's very small; it can be handy. It's certain that you shouldn't expect to shoot a Spielberg movie.

I have exactly the same problem. I received a Bluetech DV10 video camera for Christmas, but I can't turn it on, even though the battery is charged.
The screen only turns on when I connect it to the PC, and it says "MSCD," but even then I can't do anything.
I exchanged the camera once, but with this second camera, I have the same problem.
If someone can help me get it to work...

Hi everyone, I got the Bluetech DV10 camera for Christmas and just as I got my hands on it, it went back for repairs. Several problems arose: I was getting electric shocks from the plug located at the front of the device, and that's not all; when I was filming, if I tilted the camera too far up, large bars appeared on the screen, making it impossible to watch. And to top it off, I still have no news about the product, even though my mother returned it a few days after Christmas. That's my situation, long live the trouble. Plus, because of all this, I didn't film either Christmas or New Year's. THANK YOU BLUETECH.

Hello leek, just to tell you that based on the descriptions you give of the device, it is not good quality. I find it outrageous the time we spend saving champion points just for lesser quality products. Just 3.1 megapixels and something that you will know now rings a bell. TOTAL BAD RESOLUTION. I have a friend who had it, and he got rid of it very quickly. Mediocre quality when he connected it to his computer, the images were filled with little dots. A lot of pigmentation and blur. I specify it has nothing to do with his computer, which is of very good quality; it's really the camera that's the issue. I hope I have informed you as you wanted. HI TO ALL

I received a DV 4000II digital camcorder / 3.0 megapixels with x 4 zoom from the CHAMPION store, I can't find a memory card, at LECLERC they told me that those cards are no longer available, and we can only find cards above 512 MB. Can someone enlighten me, thanks.
