Hello,
I have a problem with this decoder. When the device has been on standby for, for example, a day, as soon as I turn it back on, it freezes, displaying TNT SAT on the screen. To wake it up, I have to unplug the power for a few seconds. After plugging it back in, it restarts for a moment, goes back into standby, and then works again after I restart it with the remote control. Moreover, it’s slow and performs a search for updates every time I turn it on. Does anyone have a solution or a technical support number to contact? Thank you very much.

Have you noticed that it updates every time you turn it on? Do you cancel this update, or do you let the decoder complete it?

The support team is competent; after several manipulations, it turns out that my television loses connection when starting the satellite decoder, which is not at fault.
