Hello, I have a problem with the Sagem Viaccess DS87 HD TNT receiver; on certain channels, it's random, it asks me for a parental code even though I haven't entered any code. How can I remove it? I have already browsed the forum and the mentioned codes do not work; I am trying in vain to call the mentioned phone number, but it is always busy. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Patrick

This sentence implies (to me (unless I'm mistaken) that you were aware that the code "0000" would be rejected, and since to know that you must have read the notice, it's all quite surprising but oh well....

Good evening, yes it's a bit normal to have the manual, I just said that I don't remember the installation code and that I've never activated this parental control.

Parental code for installation is fine, but it never asked me for a code for TV channels before this week.

Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
