Sagemcom DS87 TNT Sat Decoder

Hello,
I have a problem with the Sagem Viaccess DS87 HD TNT receiver; on certain channels, it's random, it asks me for a parental code even though I haven't entered any code.
How can I remove it?
I have already browsed the forum and the mentioned codes do not work; I am trying in vain to call the mentioned phone number, but it is always busy.

thank you but 0000 does not exist as a code for parental control

Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.  -- I call a spade a spade *      *in French in the text
