TNTsat THS804 decoder update issue

Hello,
I bought a TNT SAT THOMSON THS804 decoder. I cannot update the software via satellite; it responds with "error 80000403" and then says "no signal." To make it work again, I have to restart it and refuse the update request. What should I do? Thank you for your help.

Hello, Try going to the brand's website for an update with a USB key.  -- I call a spade a spade *      *in French in the text

Hello,
I contacted Thomson through their website, got a pre-written response from a bot, basically saying: the update is proceeding without any issues. If a malfunction occurs, take the product back to the retailer's customer service for factory adjustment. There you go. Hope this might help someone.

Actually, I found the answer myself. You need a reception power level and quality of at least 82%. I only had 72% with my old satellite dish. Thank you all.
