Hello,
I sent a series of messages on FB that were sent and delivered to their recipient a few days ago.
But for the past two days, the messages are just sent. And not delivered.
However, the person is online. And they are still registered as my friend (I want to clarify).
Is there a bug regarding message delivery? Is it possible that the messages are actually not "sent"?
Can someone give me an explanation (active status but message not delivered)?
Configuration: Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5) / Safari 6.2.8

Good evening
For a message to be marked as "read," you need to click on it and not on the notifications.
To do this, click on "home" and then in the left column on "messages," and open it by clicking on the photo :)
Instant messaging, message read: https://www.zupimages.net/up/16/09/bg2m.jpg
Instant messaging, message unread: https://www.zupimages.net/up/16/09/nkuz.jpg

But the question is why this message intended for others (himself in an active status) was not distributed...
How do you know it hasn't been delivered?
I repeat that a message is considered read only when it has been opened.
Otherwise, you can always report the issue to Fbook:

Have a nice day :)
