unplug everything (identify which device is connected to which HDMI or USB + electrical wall socket)
then plug it back in, power first and then all necessary cables, if possible in the same order as before
if it works again, that's good
3) if the TV works but the remote control does not respond at all
then point the remote at the TV sensor
try pressing simultaneously on buttons 1 and 2 for 3 to 4 seconds
