Unable to capture channels 22 23 24

Hello
We have 3 Thompson televisions that are all connected to the same antenna, but only one of the 3 receives RMC Découverte, channel 23, and 6ter.
What can we do to ensure that all the televisions receive these channels?

    Partial TNT reception on an antenna with a splitter? And on all televisions purchased since December 2012 ...? (= obligation of MPEG4 tuner)

      Is it normal for the old antenna and the television that picks up the three channels to be the oldest?

      The 3 TVs are HD.

        If the 3 televisions are MPEG4 tuners, then the problem lies with the reception or the installation (distribution).
