BDlogging file

Solved

Hello,
I am a small computer enthusiast who doesn't know much.
I found the file "BDlogging" in "C:\Program Data".
I deleted it yesterday but found it again today.
I would like to know if it is really a virus or not.
If so, how to remove it and prevent it from coming back?
I ran a scan with "ZHP" and I have a report available, if it can help.
Looking forward to a response,
Thanks in advance to anyone who will reply.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 48.0.2564.116

Sorry for using the old version of ZHP.

You will find below the report created by the latest version:

As for the time and date on my PC, they seem fine!

Thanks

Try again :-)

All I have as a file ZhpDiag is the icon but I can't find the ZhapDiag file. I did find a ZhpDiag.ico file but that's it.

I scanned again and still the same Zhpcleaner file keeps coming up.

How can I find or get the ZhapDiag file?

Okay, sorry I downloaded ZhpCleaner instead of ZhpDiag.

You'll find the link to the folder below:

I hope it's the right one this time
Take care

Hi,

Did you download Bitdefender?

I see your directory:

O43 - CFD: 02/28/2016 - [] D -- C:\ProgramData\BDLogging

this is a directory that goes with Bitdefender 2015!

if you delete it, it will come back!

Thanks for the info.

Did you find anything suspicious otherwise?

I looked through the ZhpDiag file and didn't see anything; it's true that I don't know enough.

I have a problem with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version 1.75.0.1300; the update to version mbam-setup-2.2.0.1024.exe isn't working. Do you have a solution, please?
See you!

I didn't see anything suspicious!

For MBAM, uninstall version 1.75, then download the latest version like this:

Please read before launching the installation of MBAM:

Attention, during installation uncheck the box "activate the free trial of Malwarebytes anti-malware"

This corresponds to a trial version that lasts only 15 days by functioning as an antivirus, so there is a risk of conflict with your existing antivirus on the PC!

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and save it on your desktop:

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/

or:

https://fr.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
or:

https://fr.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/?gclid=CPqbs6_Trb0CFcfKtAodJFoANw

or here:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

. If you already have it on your PC, there is no need to download it again!

/!\ Users of Vista, Windows 7, W8, and W10: Right-click on the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware logo, "run as Administrator"

. Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation process.

In the settings tab, choose the desired language

. In the "dashboard" tab, make sure that your version is up to date

. If the firewall asks for permission to connect for Malwarebytes, accept
. Once the update is complete

In the "scan" tab, check the box "custom scan" and select your disk where Windows is installed,

In the settings tab, select "rootkit search", then the partition or disk where Windows is installed (C: for example)

then click on "start scan"

. The scan will start.

It will take some time, so let it run.

. At the end of the scan, a message appears: The scan completed successfully.

Usually, found infections are automatically moved to quarantine.

Click on view detailed log,
Then export, save its report in .txt format on your desktop,

Host it on Cjoint and copy and paste its link into your next message.

I can't uninstall version 1.75, it tells me that it only works with a 64-bit version of Windows, what should I do?

See you!

I uninstalled it using the link you provided, it works.

I installed the new version but when activating it, it doesn't recognize the key I had before for the previous version that was working.

What can I do?

See you!

The activation key is generally valid for 1 year!

new version means new license key!

what antivirus do you have?

MBAM in premium version?

I have Bitdefender as an antivirus

MBAM is a premium version and it offers me to upgrade to the latest version by itself, but if I do this upgrade, the key won't work anymore.

What should I do?

keep Bitdefender as the main antivirus,

use MBAM in the free version just as a complement to your antivirus, to manually run an update and a scan from time to time!

it is unnecessary to have too many protection software!
