Bonjour,
J'ai un petit souci avec Mozilla depuis que je suis passé sur Windows 10. Celui-ci refuse de m'ouvrir google, et ses dérivés (youtube). Voici ce qu'il me met :

Votre connexion n'est pas sécurisée

Les propriétaires de www.google.fr ont mal configuré leur site web. Pour éviter que vos données ne soient dérobées, Firefox ne s'est pas connecté à ce site web.

Ce site a recours à HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) pour indiquer à Firefox de n'établir qu'une connexion sécurisée. Ainsi il n'est pas possible d'ajouter d'exception pour ce certificat.
www.google.fr utilise un certificat de sécurité invalide. Le certificat n'est pas sûr car l'autorité délivrant le certificat est inconnue. Le serveur n'envoie peut-être pas les certificats intermédiaires appropriés. Il peut être nécessaire d'importer un certificat racine supplémentaire. (Code d'erreur : sec_error_unknown_issuer)

Que faire s'il vous plaît ?

    Salut,

    Pour vérifier si malware:

    Suis le tutoriel FRST. ( prends le temps de lire attentivement - tout y est bien expliqué ).

    Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, 3 rapports FRST seront générés :
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.txt
    • Additionnal.txt


    Envoie ces 3 rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ et en retour donne les 3 liens pjjoint qui mènent aux rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

      Bonjour,
      Bonne année !
      Sans rien changé, j'ai télécharger sur le site officiel de Firefox la dernière version de Mozilla. Et j'ai ensuite dans les paramètres choisi "réparer Mozilla Firefox"
      Tout est redevenu comme avant !! Mon problème est résolu !

        Malheureusement, ça n'a rien donné chez moi, d'autant que le problème était aussi présent sur Chrome...

    Une fois, le texte collé dans le Bloc-notes,
    Menu "Fichier" puis "Enregistrer sous",

    A gauche, place toi sur le Bureau,

    Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
    Clique sur "Enregistrer", cela va créer fixlist.txt sur le Bureau.

    Relance FRST et clique sur le bouton "Corriger / Fix"
    Un redémarrage sera peut-être nécessaire ( pas obligatoire )
    Un fichier texte apparait, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

    Redémarre l'ordinateur.

    MalwareBytes ( durée : environ 40min de scan ):

    Télécharge et installe MBAM. La version gratuite permet de nettoyer ( décoche bien la proposition d'essai de la version Premium à la fin de l'installation ) :

    Mettre MBAM à jour puis lancer un examen.
    A la fin du scan, clique sur "Supprimer Sélection" en bas à gauche.
    Redémarrer l'ordinateur si nécessaire puis relancer Malwarebytes.

    Vas chercher le rapport dans l'onglet "Historique".
    A gauche "Journal d'analyse", double-clique sur l'examen dans la liste. Puis en bas "Copier dans le presse papier", va sur http://pjjoint.malekal.com/, clique droit "Coller" pour coller le contenu du rapport du scan. Clique sur "Envoyer". Dans un nouveau message ici en réponse, donne le lien pjjoint afin de pouvoir consulter le rapport.

        Clique sur "Enregistrer", cela va créer fixlist.txt sur le Bureau.

        Relance FRST et clique sur le bouton "Corriger / Fix"
        Un redémarrage sera peut-être nécessaire ( pas obligatoire )
        Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

        Redémarre l'ordinateur.

        Réinitialise/Répare les navigateurs WEB concernés par les problèmes :

        Termine par un nettoyage Malwarebytes - Tutoriel Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version gratuite

        4°)
        Vois ce que cela donne et si des améliorations ont eu lieu.
        Si ce n'est pas le cas, s itu as encore des pages de pubs intempestives, précise sur quel navigateur WEB.
        Refais un scan FRST et donne les nouveaux rapports via pjjoint.

      merci beaucoup,
      j'ai fait la démarche FRST et je peux acceder à mon Gmail et Youtube,
      mais toujours pas google ou yahoo. Donc, urgence mail est réglée

      avant de finir le scan de Malwarebyte,
      j'ai testé de l'ouvrir avec Chrome et celui-ci me disait que mon horloge interne n'était pas la même que google et qu'il ne pouvait se connecter.
      J'ai reparamétré mon horloge en demande l'horloge internet,
      et c'est bon tout est revenu.

    Royal ! Ca a parfaitement marché ! Un immense merci. Si je pouvais te croiser, malekal_morte, je te paierais volontiers un coup.
    Par contre, AVG PC Tuneup, c'est vraiment de la daube ? Qu'est-ce qu'il y aurait comme meilleur logiciel de ce type-là ?

      C'est inutile, ça te met Yahoo sous couvert d'AVG Search Securité.
      Certains infos sont récupérées par AVG et revendues.
      En plus Yahoo! refile des PUPs.
