I can't write text messages anymore. The keyboard doesn't appear.
I'm with Free. Can someone help me?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 47.0

    Hello, restart the iPhone, and if the problem returns, restore the iPhone with iTunes.

        Re, normally no, but for safety it's better to take precautions.
        If you are already using iTunes, connect your device and let the automatic synchronization take place, then once it's finished go to Files, then Device and choose Transfer Purchases.
        Then, to ensure that in case of a problem you will recover everything, click on the iPhone logo. In the main window check the box Encrypt backup, you will need to create a simple password NOTE it down on a piece of paper, if you forget it, it is impossible to recover the backup.
        iTunes will make a backup that will take much longer, once everything is finished you can restore the iPhone.
        When the iPhone is restored and you have recovered everything, I advise you to uncheck the box Encrypt backup.
