Hello,
My Beats Pill only works when it is plugged into the mains. Is this normal?
I’ve tried everything, it won’t turn on when I unplug it, and I’ve also tested it with other cables than the Beats one with no results. Do you have a solution?

    Hello,

I was encountering the same problem as you.
    After extensive research, I found.
Press the on/off button at the back of the device and at the same time press the B button in front.

It will flash green 4 times.

    This resolved my issue.

Please let me know if it works for you.

    Best regards,

    Amar.

Yes, I think the same thing, I've had it for 2 months and honestly no issues with it.

    Hello,

Sorry for getting back to you so late, but I changed my phone in the meantime and I had a lot of things to do...
I returned the speaker to customer service and got a refund, not a repair, so I'm a bit bummed...
I asked my cousin for advice and she told me not to get the Beats brand (she has one and has had a lot of problems with it), so I changed my mind and got the JBL Charge 2+, and honestly, I'm very satisfied! It's better than a Beats, no issues with it, and I find it much better for €100 less... Excellent quality, I recommend it!

    Thanks for your advice anyway!

You made a good choice by getting the JBL.
At least you won't have any issues with it.

I've received my Beats again and I'm encountering the same problem, but strangely the indicator light is still red and never turns green. Should I follow the recommended procedure while it's plugged in or not?
