Hi,
You have Windows 10 and a GTX 960 so I don't understand why a game from 2016 wouldn't be compatible with DirectX 12.
In fact, it is compatible.

- Is the DirectX version on your PC up to date?
Are the graphics drivers up to date as well?
Is Windows up to date too?
Install this as well, it's important: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/download/details.aspx?id=48130
