Hello,
My mother who does her accounts on the Ciel accounting software on the family computer with Windows XP, which is not connected to the Internet, has a problem with the software.
She has been using it to do her accounts since 2006 and two days ago, while trying to do her accounts and after a mistaken action, she ended up with a file where her accounts are only composed of automatic withdrawals.
To access this file she does: Folder / Open / compte_de_maman.sgcpo
But the problem is that the file compte_de_maman.sgcpo was replaced by compte_de_maman (copy).sgcpo by the software!
And it is impossible for me to find the file compte_de_maman.sgcpo on the computer to return to normal.
Why did the software make a faulty copy and how to get back the original version?
My mother who is not very IT-savvy didn’t really understand and closed everything without saving anything. (Well, that’s what she tells me…)
I tried opening the different .sgcpo files to try to resolve the problem but I keep making copies of them.
I also ran a search for the file compte_de_maman.sgcpo and for .sgcpo files but nothing found…
