I log on to Steam and boom, a support alert appears at the top of my screen
as a result, I can no longer buy or sell on the community market and can no longer play
online on my games.
I don't find this very fair, especially considering the money I've spent on it, about 40 games.

Well, it's not complicated, you just need to do what they indicate in the message. Your account has been hacked and they knew it thanks to the email security that sends you a confirmation email when you log in from somewhere other than your PC, verifying that it's really you who is using it. And if it's not validated after a certain time, they block the account.
So you need to send a message to Steam to recover it.
