Hello, I would like to know if it's possible (and if so, how to do it?) to prevent my Facebook friends, my Twitter followers, my cell phone contacts, my Gmail contacts, in short all the applications I use.. from finding me on Instagram. Because I know that Instagram suggests friends in the people search. And I believe this is linked to my Facebook account, Twitter account.. etc. So is it possible to be 100% sure not to appear in these suggestions that Instagram makes to people from other applications I use?

First of all, don't put a pseudonym with your name and surname.
Moreover, the purpose of this social network is to reconnect with friends, so no, you won't be able to prevent your friends from finding you.
