Batappli software issue
Hello
I have a huge problem with this software that I like to use but whose price is simply prohibitive.
Anyway, I haven't had a subscription for 5 years (to the day, coincidence?) but it hasn't been working since this morning.
I make regular backups but of course, they can only be accessed through the software.
And here it is, when I launch the software, a window opens and tells me (see end of message)
And of course, right in the middle of the year-end closing rush, it's a disaster.
I hope a kind soul will pass by to help me.
Because I can no longer afford to pay for support (I just restarted a business so I have too little income).
With my thanks

Jkryss,
thank you for sharing your experience with Batappli. I would like to provide you with some answers as this has nothing to do with the day your assistance contract ended, which was five years ago. In fact, please note that Adobe automatically updated its Flash Player on December 28, 2015, implementing restrictions to enhance security.
This version of Flash Player numbered 20.0.0.267 is not compatible with your Batappli setup, which dates back to 2009, specifically with versions prior to 5.42. Furthermore, if you are using Windows 10, it is possible that the Adobe Flash Player update occurred without your knowledge (if you opted for automatic updates). In both cases, you will need to "rollback". If you would like to discuss this further, you can call us at 04 99 13 32 00, and we can provide you with more details if you wish. Please note that the price for this Batappli update is 645 euros: it includes an annual maintenance contract during which you can communicate with a Batappli technician as many times as you want to adapt your software to your business. Of course, it includes all the new features to discover on the batappli.fr website. I wish you a happy new year and a good start for your new business. Best regards, Nathalie Batappli
