Hello,
I have a "supertab" tablet model S7G. It is locked under a password that I do not have (That's what happens when you give free access to your electronic devices to children). I tried formatting it with a PC, but it didn't work since I need to unlock it to activate PC access. I also tried the RESET button, but it only seems to turn off the tab... I would like to know if there is another way to reboot it.

Good evening,
I’m truly sorry, but you will need to have it reset by a brand agent or the seller; here we only limit ourselves to this kind of thing for anything related to phone codes or other PCs and/or peripheral accessories...
We are not questioning your good faith, but we also cannot do what shouldn’t be done...
