Hello everyone

I have a Terra 1513 laptop with Windows 8.1, and I would like to restore it to factory settings, but I don't know which key to press at startup

I tried all the F1 keys and nothing happened; F2 takes me to the BIOS; the rest does nothing at all
If a kind soul could enlighten me that would be great

    Hi,

    You can do it from the Windows settings, it's kind of towards the bottom of the page and you'll find what you're looking for ;)
