Mon PC est infecté par SLagent dropper UPX. Plusieurs fichiers (j'en ai identifié 7) sont concernés. Ils se trouvent tous dans System Volume Information et je n'ai pas pu y accèder. (Mes connaissances en informatique sont limitées). Les virus ont été détectés par Windows Defender et Avast, mais n'ont pas pu être éradiqués (accès refusé). Pouvez-vous m'aider SVP. Merci d'avance.

* télécharge AVG Anti-Spyware

avg antispyware

* tu l'installes

Démarrer AVG antispyware. Cliquer sur "mise à jour", cliquer sur le bouton "Commencer la mise à jour" et attendre la fin de cette mise à jour puis, fermer le programme.

si tu n'arrives pas à le mettre à jour prends ici les Mise à jour:

Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

relance AVG AS et cliquer sur l'onglet "scanner" puis sur "Analyse complète du système".
Une fois le scan terminé, il t'affiche un rapport. Cliquer sur "configurer..." en bas a gauche et choisir "supprimer". Ensuite cliquer sur "Appliquer toutes les actions ", ca va supprimer toutes les infections détectées.
Ensuite cliquer sur "Enregistrer le rapport d'analyse" -> "enregistrer sous" et enregistrer le rapport où bon te semble, afin de me l'envoyer dans ta prochaine réponse.

Copie Et colle le rapport ici

Désolée, j'ai rencontré un problème. J'ai effectué le scan, l'antivirus a détecté des cookies et les a nettoyés, mais je n'ai pas pu enregistrer le rapport (celui-ci s'affiche sur mon écran, mais quand je veux relire ce que j'ai enregistré, la page est vide -)... ? je refais un scan et je retente le coup. A+

  fait un scan ici
  https://www.bitdefender.fr/
  et copie colle le résultat ici
  * En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur BitDefender SCAN ONLINE
  * Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur I agree
  * La fenêtre change encore, clique sur Click here to scan
  * Les signatures se chargent, etc.

relance hijackthis puis clic sur "do a system scan only"

  c WINDOWS DEFENDER qui avait détecté le fameux SLAGENT DROPPER dans System Volume Information _ Restore. Je l'ai désinstallé quand tu me l'as demandé. Pour voir si tout est OK de ce côté-là, je dois réinstaller ledit logiciel et scanner car il est le seul à avoir détecté ce problème. Je vais le faire de suite. A part ça, je pense que mon système est clean ? Ton avis ? Merci mille fois pour ton aide.
  
  Je vais scanner avec WINDOWS DEFENDER et je te ferai part du résultat. A très bientôt.
  
  Juste encore une petite question : quel est le meilleur antivirus et le meilleur antispyware à l'heure actuelle (qu'il soit gratuit ou payant). Quel est le plus efficace ? J'aimerais avoir ton avis. Merci.

  moi je n aime pas trop windows defender ne le reintalle pas et intalle celui ci:
  
  ¤ Désactive le pare-feu de Windows (SP2) puis installe celui-ci pour plus de sécurité

  Je connais KERIO, je l'ai déjà testé mais j'ai du le retirer de mon système. L'ordi ramait, ramait... certainement mal paramètré le logiciel. En tout cas j'avais de gros problèmes avec. J'hésite à le reprendre. Mais je vais faire mon choix parmi les autres logiciels que tu m'as suggérés. En attendant, je te remercie très vivement. Et peut-être à une autre occasion, en cas de nouvelles difficultés, sur le forum.
