Graphics card issue

Hello everyone,

My Windows 7 on VirtualBox on Mac (latest version) is unable to run a game (Dragon's Prophet) even though I had already installed the VB additions CD image and checked the 3D acceleration activation. Additionally, I have also installed the latest version of DirectX.

However, when I start the game, a window pops up saying that I need to check the 3D drivers even though I believe I have met all the necessary conditions to run this game...

    Hello,

    this is one of the limitations of VirtualBox. The graphics card of a virtual machine is simply virtual and does not correspond at all to the physical graphics card. Moreover, the graphics card in VirtualBox is a basic card and therefore games do not run on it.

    PS: you should use Bootcamp.
