BeIN Sports connection on smart TV

Hello,

I have a Samsung smart TV and I just got BeIN Sports Connect for my son.
It works very well on the computer and the tablet, but I can't connect on the TV.
The account is invalid or disabled.
What can I do?

      Yes, I was able to download the beIN Sports app, but whenever I try to log in to the live broadcast, my credentials are not working.
