Remove the hand from my mouse

Hello to those who will pass by.
I have a little problem with my mouse pointer. Actually, my mouse pointer has become a smiley now (I changed it, in fact). But the thing is I can't make the hand that appears when hovering over a link disappear. In some videos, I saw that some people had pointers that turned into other smileys when passing over links, so they didn't turn into hands.
I would like to do the same but I don't know how. Please help me.

    Hello,
    You just need to download additional pointers. Then configure this cursor as you did with the regular selection cursor, but to replace the hand it’s the "Link" field.
    I don't know if you understood, so let me know! ;)

      And my computer is a Compaq running Windows as the operating system, in case that could help!
