Page internet bloqué sur f-SECURE

Bonjour,

voici mon probleme : quand j' essaye d' ouvrir internet la page d' accueil est bloqué sur F-SECURE

F- secure security suite parental control : dilated file

j' ai essayé de restaurer mon ordinateur a une date antérieure sans succès et je n' ai plus mon pack security neuf.
Avant que tout ça n' arrive j' avais sans arret une fenetre qui s' ouvrait et me proposait spyware secure pour résoudre mes problemes .
