Hello everyone, I’ve searched through forums and websites to find my answer but to no avail.
I have an issue launching games with Steam and my solution would be to delete the clientregistry.blob
I’ve rummaged through my entire Steam folder and even used the search function on Windows; the clientregistry.blob is simply nowhere to be found!!
I even tried reinstalling Steam and still nothing.
Does anyone finally have an answer to this?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
except that Steam no longer uses clientregistry.blob.
Try refreshing your Steam files by following this procedure:

Hello, thanks for your quick reply :-D
Unfortunately for me, it didn't help my problem, at least the solution that was suggested to me for my game display issue.
Thanks again.

My problem concerns the game Just Cause 3, and initially, the game launches well; it's even in the Windows processes, but it doesn't show up.
I have read quite a bit about this issue on forums and even with the assistance of the publisher "Square Enix," who asked me for my msinfo32 and dxdiag files, and everything is fine. The graphics card updates are also up to date, and I've even uninstalled the game twice.
My PC is well compatible with the game too. I believe I’ve tried everything. I've had this problem since its release on 12.01.2015, and it's really frustrating...

You need to manage to open Steam for that, while the problem is that it doesn't open :))
