It's not very clear at all.
Why was there 46% more for a package coming from Germany?
That means the package was coming from a country outside the European Union.
Another thing that went through a customs-free warehouse located in the EU.
It's becoming common in Germany or the Netherlands. You think you're ordering from the EU, but it's actually Chinese vendors from China selling in 'stealth' mode..
Kikcz would merely be an intermediary not bothered with customs clearance operations. I find this process completely deceptive!
The 46% must include:
The VAT at 20%,
The tax for the development of the leather, leather goods, glove and shoe industries. Rate of 0.18%.
'Freight forwarder fees' (Or 'file fees'), variable depending on the carrier.
Does that make sense??

I ordered from the kickz website. We received the product on time. However, the product (reflective jacket) tore after a month and a half. It was a problem due to the quality of the fabric. We sent it back, but they were unable to send an email upon receipt, and I had to call back half a dozen times if not more, and each time I was told I would be kept informed either by email or by phone, and to this day, I have received neither an email nor a phone call. Twenty days after the item was received at their warehouse, I had to call back to find out what was happening, and I was told to check the website because they only refund exceptionally; I began to get frustrated because with each call I was spending a bit more (the price of the item being €180) + 5 cents per minute + the cost of the call. I said during each call that I was willing to take the item back and make the repair myself, and finally, they called me back insisting that I check the website to choose another item since the one I ordered was no longer available and couldn't be sent back to me because it had been returned to the supplier. I said NO, in that case, I want a refund, and they replied OK within a week, even though I have been without an item and without news for almost a month. I insisted on getting my refund before the end of the week. We will see, but I strongly advise against this site because the quality of the products is not worth the price and the customer service leaves much to be desired, they couldn't even propose a gesture of goodwill for the wait and the lack of seriousness in following up the case.
