Bonjour,
Depuis quelques semaines j'ai des problèmes avec mon ordinateur. Lorsque je l'allume tout se passe correctement,les programmes démarrent etc... J'ouvre donc le jeu auquel je joue en ligne (LoL), je lance une partie mais très souvent en pleine partie mon ordinateur plante, l'écran se fige je peut toujours bouger ma souris mais rien faire d'autre. Des fois il se remet normalement et replante 5 minutes après et des fois je suis obligé de l'éteindre manuellement (de force) et de le rallumer et il prend beaucoup plus de temps à se rallumer.
Mon ordinateur est un ASUS
Processeur : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510 CPU @2.00GHz 2.60GHz
Mémoire installée (RAM) 8.00 Go
Type de système : Système d'exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64
Carte graphique : NVIDIA GeForce 820M

- Télécharge ZHPDiag sur ton bureau :

- Laisse toi guider lors de l'installation, il se lancera automatiquement à la fin.
/!\Utilisateur de Vista, Seven et W8/8.1/10 :
- Clique droit sur le logo de ZHPdiag, « exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur »
- Cliquer ensuite sur "Scanner"
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette
- Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur Cjoint, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum :

Voici la correction à apporter avec zhpfix
Télécharger et enregistrer Zhpfix sur ton bureau
lancer zhpfix, il va s'installer sur le pc,
/!\ Les Utilisateurs de Vista-7-8-10 Cliquer droit sur le logo de ZHPfix et "exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur"
/!\ Avertissement /!\
ce script est spécialement rédigé pour ce pc en cours du nettoyage, ne pas utiliser ce script sur un autre pc, Risque de Plantage !
Lancer ZHPFix via le raccourci qui se trouve sur le Bureau. "L'icône ressemble à une seringue".
Cliquer sur "importer" > Une fenêtre d'avertissement apparait cliquer sur OK
Copier ( Ctrl + C ) et coller ( Ctrl + V ) les lignes ci-dessous en gras dans la fenêtre de Zhpfix.

https://www.cjoint.com/c/EKqlYgjloU2 Voici le rapport de ZHPfix. L'ordinateur a l'air de plutôt bien se porter. Pas de bug ou de problèmes pour l'instant mais je ne peut pas en être sur avant d'avoir lancer une partie. Je lance le test de mémoire maintenant je vous tiens au courant.
Voila mon rapport mais lorsque j'ai telecharger le logiciel il n'y avait pas de tournevis ni de disquette.Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que le logiciel a été mis a jour ou quelque chose d'autre.
