How to retrieve recordings from the box?

Hello!
I received the Numéricable Box a little while ago and I noticed that there was the "Recording" option which allows me to record movies/series.
Last night, I wanted to record 3 episodes of a series so everything was fine.
It's when I wanted to retrieve them on my PC that I had a problem; I watched some videos (Unfortunately none found for the Numéricable Box) on how to find them, etc.
So normally, you select the Box from the PC and there should be the "Recordings" folder and also others like images, etc. But when I open mine, I see nothing.. Is there a way to access them?
