Disable stereo mixing

Hello,
I currently have a problem with my headset-microphone during Skype conversations; my friends can hear everything that happens in my headset, whether it's video, music, games, etc. I searched for solutions online, and most of the forums I consulted say to disable stereo mixing. Unfortunately, when I go into my sound settings, even showing the disabled and disconnected settings, I can't find stereo mixing. I'm on Windows 8.1. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

By default, Windows does not show disabled devices. Therefore, the audio mixing of your sound card is disabled and your problem does not come from there.

Can you describe your problem to us?

My problem is as follows: when I am on Skype, everything I hear in my headset is heard by my friends with whom I am speaking, even when I turn off my microphone with the button. The problem does not come from the headset since I tried with another headset and the problem persists.

Ok, right-click on the sound icon in the notification area -> Recording devices and take a screenshot of the result.

I'm going to bed, I'll respond tomorrow.

Nothing to report from the screen...
Maybe the sound is too loud?
Check if everything is normal in the playback tab.

In the playback tab, there are many devices, including several identical ones called digital audio. In the case of too loud sound, should I lower the microphone volume or the speakers' volume?
