Problem with the Ti-82 advanced

Hello everyone!
So here it is, I just bought a TI-82 Advanced and for a week everything was fine until yesterday. My calculator is frozen, no button works and I tried removing the batteries as I saw on several forums, but when it turns on, here’s what it displays:
TI-82 Advanced
5.0.0.0028
RAM cleared

The only button that works is the on button, but then I get a frozen page with the cursor that doesn't even blink.
So there you go, I don't know what to do, if anyone has a solution

hello didn't find a button on the back but I removed all the batteries, even the small one for the RAM, left it for 24 hours. put the batteries back in and it's working again maybe just luck or not.
