Hello,
For the past few days I’ve noticed that my torrent software isn’t working anymore, that is, as soon as I start a torrent, before the download even begins, Windows 10 shows me an error message:
It displays exactly the same thing for BitTorrent. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling these programs several times but nothing has changed. After doing some research on Google, I found a similar software, Deluge, I downloaded it and this time there was no error message, just that the torrent wouldn’t start... I don’t know if it’s related but before these problems started, I couldn’t open µTorrent because it told me that the file dnsapi.dll was missing. So I downloaded one from the internet and installed it believing I had fixed my problems for good until this happened.
I wholeheartedly thank the person who will manage to help me as it greatly disturbs me. Thanks for reading me.

Download the Utorrent version 2.2.1 ---- March 9, 2011
http://www.oldversion.fr/windows/utorrent-2-2-1-25110
And do not take updates.
Delete your current Utorrent before installing 2.2.1

I did what you told me to do, but another problem has appeared...
Now, I can start my torrent software without an error message, but downloads don’t start and stay stuck at 0%:
