Hello,
I'm looking to record TVreplay with Captvty (Arrows and Black List) on a PC running XP Pro. It worked well a month ago, and has been fine for a long time.
However, today it no longer works with the new version 2.3.9, specifically with TF1 programs... I get a message saying: "access impossible, DRM protection...etc" for other channels, but it works...
On another PC running Windows 7, I don't have this problem; it can access everything...??? I don't quite understand...
This old XP works well for me and frees up a machine... downloading allows me to watch on my TV rather than with PluZZ on my PC.
There must be something missing on this PC regarding DRM that is blocking me...?? But what..??
Thanks in advance for any cooperation.
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 41.0

Hello,
I think there is an issue related to the update of Captvty for the Windows XP version.
We probably have to wait for the next one; the software creator will likely fix this issue.
If the problem persists, you can contact him at http://captvty.fr/
Here is the contact email: contact at captvty dot fr
Have a good evening.

Good evening and follow-up on the matter,
It's simple, it's TF1 that is blocking... (for example, NCIS Season 12 Episode 12 on M6 on Friday 16-10) is visible on Pluzz M6 replay and inaccessible with Captvty both for playback and recording... No comments from Captvty, even after an email...
I have tested on several PCs with different operating systems, it's always the same thing...
It's the DRM protection that is mentioned... On TF1 and M6, other channels work. I think it's the same with you... and my XP is not to blame...
And thank you anyway for the cooperation.

It has been almost 2 years since XP has not been maintained (no more updates!!)
I'm talking about the update of the Captvty software. :-)
I also have version 2.3.9 and with XP it works perfectly on TF, verified.
Let's wait for Jeannets' response.
In the meantime, I did my job on another PC running Win 7...
But I intend to come back for more...!
I'm very happy with my XP, even without updates, and in many cases, it still serves me well.... To cope with the complexities of newer operating systems... No more comments.
