Hello everyone
I am asking for your help regarding my Canon Pixma MG 5250 printer. In fact, it was a gift, and I received it without the driver, which I was able to download from the internet. However, my problem is that when I try to use the device's scanner, I receive a message saying "the drivers are not installed." I am having difficulty finding those drivers online to download.

Configuration: Windows / Mozilla 11.0
