Fraudulent sms

Hello,
I just received a call on my mobile from 33761049508 telling me that I was entitled to a compensation of 75 euros if I answered a survey that would send me a text message.
The text message was as follows:
IPS: Access to the survey: http:/i-p-s,mobi/?op=3&data=672425116 - Compensation of 75€ available immediately at 0899108605 (1E35/app+0.34E/min).
I think this is a fraud, so I am reporting it.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0
