Ps4 blue screen help pls!!!

After searching for 2 hours for my problem on the internet without success, I come to ask you for help.
My problem:
This afternoon, I was navigating through the console settings to find something to change (great idea), and I ended up finding a very simple setting: the resolution change.
My TV is an old HD ready model that works very well even with the PS4 that I have been using for 1 to 2 years; this TV displays 1080i but I wanted to set it to 1080p. Unfortunately, my TV screen turned blue, but I could hear the sound of the PS4 and navigate through the menus without the screen.
I connected my PS4 to a new TV and my PC monitor; it worked perfectly. Then I changed the HDMI cable of the PS4 and reconnected it to the TV that had the issue, but it still didn't work. So, I decided to connect my Xbox One to this TV, and it worked with the TV that had the bug. Now, I don’t know what to do.
Please help me because Sony, whom I called, asked me to send it back to the store, but it works perfectly, so I won’t do that.

Hello,
- Turn off the PS4 by pressing the power button on the front. The power indicator will blink before turning off.
- Once the console is off, press and hold this power button. Release it after hearing two beeps. The first one when you first press, and the second one after 7 seconds.
- Connect your DualShock 4 controller with a USB cable and press the PS button on this controller.
You are now in safe mode :)
Then you will go to the text 2 which says: Change Resolution
